Model 9600 (Obsolete)
Model 9600 is a manually-operated
"squeeze" tool to install blind threaded inserts. It is designed
for use where a compressed air source is unavailable.
Available nose assembly conversion kits allow
installation of blind threaded inserts from 4-40 to 3/8 Imperial, M3 to
M10 Metric. Tool kits are available for prototyping, re-work and
maintenance applications.
Dimensions are approximately 10-1/2" x
7-1/4" in the "open" position.

Model 7556 and Model 7557
(Obsolete)
The 7556 and 7557 are high-production, rugged,
lightweight "spin-spin" tools utilizing an internal
torque-sensing clutch for consistent blind threaded insert placement.
These tools permit complete portability on any assembly line, and have

Model 74200
Lightweight and ergonomically designed, the Model
742 tool is a pneumatic-hydraulic "spin-pull" type tool. Blind
threaded inserts are installed with a simple "spin-on, pull-up,
spin-off" sequence utilizing a fast and simple one-step trigger. The
extensive working range includes M3 to M10 Metric and 4-40 to 5/16

Model 74401
The remote-head Model 744 tool is designed for
placement of large-diameter blind threaded inserts. The separate hydraulic
system generates power to pull large diameter inserts while using a small
lightweight placing head. The 744 uses a fast and simple one-step trigger
to "spin-on, pull-up, spin-off" all blind threaded inserts from
M3 to M12 Metric and 4-40 to 3/8 Imperial. Available options include
special-purpose "in-line head" and foot-pedal actuation.
